CONCIERGE MEDICAL SERVICES
The Internal Medicine of Arizona Concierge Program is a service which allows for highly personalized care and treatment in a private office environment. The main feature of the program is direct phone, text, or email access to your personal physician 24 hours per day, every day of the year.
Physician will provide Member with a direct phone number and will be available around the clock. During the Physician’s absence for vacation, continuing medical education, illness or emergencies, IMA will provide Physician coverage at the same level of availability to Member. In addition, Member will be given Physician E-Mail address for non-urgent communications.

- Continuous access to your doctor
- Minimal waiting time for appointments
- Convenient, personalized coordination of appointments
- Assistance in handling medical needs while traveling.
- Coordination of care with specialists both in and out of state
- Complete Annual Physical Examination/ Executive Physical Examination
- Annual laboratory studies:
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- SMAC 20 Chemistry survey (CMP)
- Thyroid function tests (T3, T4, TSH)
- Urine Analysis
- Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (Sed Rate)
- Highly Sensitive C-Reactive Protein (CRP)
- Prostatic Specific Antigen (PSA- men)
- Vitamin D level
- Hormone panels
- EKG
- Treadmill exercise stress test
- Chest X-ray
- Dexa Bone Density scan for women over 50 and men over 65 years of age
- Body Composition Analysis
- Vaccination review
- Coordination of referrals to a panel of Expert Specialists
The $6000 annual concierge fee is not covered by insurance plans and is not reimbursed by the Member’s insurance and/or other health plans (including Medicare)
