ADACEL	Tdap initial dose then 8 years for booster or 5 years for wound care
BEXERO	Meningococcal (0 + 1 month)- up to age 25
BOOSTRIX	Tdap booster every 8 years
GARDASIL 9	HPV (0+ 2month +4 month)- up to age 25
HEPITITIS A	(0 + 6 month then 12 months later for booster)
MENACTRA	Meningococcal- (1 dose)
MENVEO	Meningococcal- (1 dose)
MMR	Measles, mumps, rubella (1 dose)
PNEUMOVAX 23	(50 + years/single dose- younger if increased risk)
PREVNAR 13	(65 years + single dose given prior to first dose of pneumovax)
TRUMENBA	Meningococcal- (0 +6 month) age 10-25
TUBERSOL PPD	TB (skin test to be read 48-72 hours after administration)
TWINRIX	Hep A + Hep B (0 +1 month + 6 month)
SHINGRIX	Shingles 2 injections (0 + 2-6 month)
FLU/HIGH DOSE FLU	Annually
