Dr. Sheridan James was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She received her undergraduate degree in Physiology with a double minor in Biochemistry and Philosophy and her Medical Degree from The University of Arizona. She then moved to Phoenix to complete her residency at the Honor Health Internal Medicine Residency Program.
Because of her history as a Division I college athlete, she carries a passion for nutrition and fitness and helping her patients become the best version of themselves. She emphasizes spending quality time with her patients to provide the most exceptional care, including both preventative medicine and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Her passions away from work include spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She also enjoys being physically active including weight lifting, running, and cycling.
